Item 3.01 Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing
On March 5, 2009, Arrowhead Research Corporation (the “Company”) was notified by the NASDAQ Stock Market that its application to transfer the listing of the Company’s common stock from the NASDAQ Global Market to the NASDAQ Capital Market was approved. The Company’s common stock will continue to trade under the ticker symbol “ARWR” and will begin trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market on Monday, March 9, 2009.
On March 6, 2009, the Company issued a press release announcing the transfer. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
