ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS.
On December 13, 2011, HF Financial Corp. (the “Company”) issued the attached press release announcing preliminary results in the contested election of directors at its December 13, 2011 shareholder meeting.
The Company intends to file the results of the vote within four business days of the meeting as required under Item 5.07 of Form 8-K.
