Bond coverage will be provided under (Statewide, Nationwide, Lessee) Bond No.NVB000540.
It is understoodthat this Designationof Agent does not relievethe Unit Operatorof responsibility for compliancewith the termsof the unit agreement and theOiland Gas Operating Regulations. It is also understood that this Designationof Agent does not constitute an assignment ofany interest under the unit agreement or any lease committed thereto.
In caseofdefault onthe part ofthe designatedagent, the Unit Operatorwill make full andprompt compliance withall regulations, lease terms, or orders of theSecretary of the Interior or his duly authorized representative.
The UnitOperatoragreestopromptly notify the AuthorizedOfficer of anychange inthe designated agent.
ThisDesignationof Agent is deemed to betemporary and in no mannera permanent arrangement. Adesignated agent may not designateanotherparty as agent.
The designation is given only to enabletheagent hereindesignated to conduct theabove seismograph survey. It is understood that this Designation of Agent is limited to the field operationsperformedwhileconducting the seismograph survey anddoes not include administrative actions requiring specific authorization of the Unit Operator. This designation in no waywill serve as authorizationfor the agentto conductfield operations after it has completed the seismographsurvey. Shouldagent electtodrill a test well itshall be issued a new Designation of Agent providing for the drilling ofthe test well.
