Resignation of Director

On May 30, 2022, Ms. Lorenza Martinez Trigueros tendered her resignation as Class E Director of Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior, S.A. (“BLADEX”). Ms. Martinez Trigueros’ resignation was not due to any disagreement with BLADEX.
