On June 7, 2019, the Board of Directors of Sharps Compliance Corp. (the “Company”, “Sharps” or “we”) elected Board member Sharon R. Gabrielson to Chair the Board of Directors (the “Board”). Former Chair and Board member, Philip Zerrillo, has resigned from the Board due to other business commitments.
