1. Cashless exercise and immediate sale through a broker of a stock award granted on February 13, 2019. All shares were issued under the Sharps Compliance Corp. 2010 Stock Plan and were scheduled to expire on February 13, 2026.

2. This represents the weighted average sale of the 60,000 shares. Shares were sold between a range of $4.30 and $4.365.

3. This represents the weighted average sale of the 56,994 shares. Shares were sold between a range of $4.40 and $4.465.
