Arrangement.
On February 7, 2014, the Registrant received a notice on behalf of Hercules Technology Growth Capital, Inc. under Article 9 of the Massachusetts Uniform Command Code entitled “Notice of Default and Notice of Disposition of Collateral”. The substance of the notice cites a possible sale of collateral after February 17, 2014 and an auction on February 27, 2014.
