Astoria Financial Corporation (the “Company”) will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at 9:30 a.m., Eastern Time, during which time Monte N. Redman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company will make a presentation to shareholders which will include, among other things, a review of financial results and trends for 2011 and through the period ended March 31, 2012.
