On August 16, 2010, Douglas W. Gant, Vice President, Sales and Customer Service, of AK Steel Holding Corporation (the “Company”), gave notice of his retirement from the Company, effective August 31, 2010. The Company has named Gary T. Barlow to succeed Mr. Gant as Vice President, Sales and Customer Service, effective September 1, 2010.
A copy of the press release issued by the Company on August 20, 2010 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
