On September 15, 2010, AK Steel Holding Corporation issued a press release revising its outlook for the third quarter of 2010, which it originally issued with its second quarter 2010 earnings results on July 27, 2010. The press release included an update regarding AK Steel's iron ore costs for 2010.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
