Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
At a meeting of the board of directors held on November 21, 2013, Mr. Jerry Ruthruff was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company and was appointed Secretary of the Company.
At that same meeting, Motoko Takahashi resigned as Secretary of the Company but remained a member of the Board of Directors.
