Item 5.05 | Amendments to the Registrant’s Code of Ethics, or Waiver of a Provision of the Code of Ethics |
On June 11, 2021, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of South Jersey Industries, Inc. (the “Company”), approved an amended and restated version of the Company’s Code of Ethics and Business Conduct (the “Code of Conduct”), which changes were effective immediately upon approval. The purpose of the amendments to the Code of Conduct were to improve its readability and organization, and to make it more aligned with the Company’s culture and corporate messaging.
