ITEM 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On May 22, 2006 - Laboratory Corporation of America® Holdings (LabCorp®) announced that the Company received a subpoena from the California Attorney General seeking documents related to billing to the state’s Medicaid program. The subpoena relates to various time frames ranging from three to ten years. The Company will cooperate with the California Attorney General’s Office in responding to the subpoena.
