Item 7.01Regulation FD Disclosure
On July 28, 2015, the registrant publicly issued a press release announcing its Turkish distributor had signed a new, four-year deal to sell LuViva® Advanced Cervical Scans and disposables, valued at $10 million to the registrant, to the Turkish Ministry of Health as more fully described in the press release, a copy which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and which is incorporated herein by reference.
