On August 20, 2015, the registrant publicly issued a press release announcing that the Company and its distributor in Kenya have submitted proposals to work with the government of Kenya, and its counties, to increase cervical cancer screening participation with the LuViva® Advanced Cervical Scan as more fully described in the press release, a copy which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and which is incorporated herein by reference.
