Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 13, 2010, Digital Angel Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2010, which included instructions on how to access a conference call it will host today as well as to conference call supporting materials to be provided on the Company’s website.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, which is being furnished and shall not be deemed “filed” for the purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or otherwise subject to the liabilities of that section.
