On April 29, 2005, Applied Digital Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing plans to release its results of operations for the quarter ended March 31, 2005 after the closing of the markets on Thursday, May 5, 2005. After the release, the Company will host a conference call to discuss these results. The conference call will take place at 4:30 p.m. EDT that day.
