We are pleased to inform that at the Board of Directors’ meeting held on January 12, 2010, the Board of Directors elected new members of the Directors’ Committee which will be integrated by the following independent members: Mr. Jesús Del Pino Durán, who was also designated as the “financial expert” of the Directors’ Committee; Mr. Alberto Pulido Cruz and Ms. Ximena Rincón González.
