Explanation of Responses:

1. On April 20, 2018, Mr. Olsson was granted 2,800 shares of restricted common stock pursuant to the 2017 Incentive Compensation Plan, 1,400 shares of which shall vest upon the Company's adjusted EBITDA being positive for the first quarter following such grant, and 1,400 shares of which shall vest upon the Company's net income being positive for the first quarter following such grant. As of February 5, 2018, no such shares are vested.

2. Shares have been split-adjusted pursuant to the Company's 1-for-500 reverse stock split, immediately followed by a 4-for-1 forward stock split effective July 10, 2018.
