Petróleos Mexicanos is amending its report onForm 6-K furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 16, 2018 (File/Film Number:000-00099 / 181123558) (the “Original6-K”) solely for the purpose of adding Exhibit 101, which contains Interactive Data File disclosure of Petróleos Mexicanos’ unaudited condensed consolidated interim financial statements as of June 30, 2018 and for the six months ended June 30, 2018 and 2017, in accordance with Rule 405 of RegulationS-T. Except as described above, this amendment does not amend any information set forth in the Original6-K.
This report onForm 6-K/A shall be deemed to be incorporated by reference into the Prospectus dated November 16, 2018 filed pursuant to Rule 424(b)(3) (File/Film Number: 333-227508 / 181190058).
