ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS.
On November 16, 2010, The Bank of Kentucky Financial Corporation announced the commencement of an underwritten public offering of approximately $21 million of its common stock. The underwriter will be granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares sold to cover over-allotments, if any.
The press release announcing the stock offering is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
