On May 21, 2007, The Bank of Kentucky Financial Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the completion of the acquisition of FNB Bancorporation and its wholly owned subsidiary, First Bank of Northern Kentucky, Inc., effective as of May 18, 2007. A copy of the Press Release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report and is incorporated into this Report by reference.
