On May 22, 2007, The Bank of Kentucky Financial Corporation (the “Company”) was informed of the death of director R. C. Durr, who passed away on May 21, 2007. Mr. Durr served as a director of the Company since its inception in 1994 and was Chairman Emeritus of the Company.
