| Notwithstanding the acquisition of shares, upon consummation of the business combination of CF Finance Acquisition Corp II and View, Inc. on March 8, 2021, the Reporting Person's beneficial ownership percentage was diluted to under 10.0%. Accordingly, the Reporting Person is no longer subject to Section 16(a) of the Exchange Act. |
