On February 12, 2013, Corporate Resource Services, Inc. (the “Company”) issued the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 (the “Press Release”) announcing the Company’s financial results for the three months ended December 28, 2012 and updated guidance for the first quarter of fiscal year 2013 and the 2013 fiscal year.
