Item 8.01. Other Events
On February 14, 2013, Corporate Resource Services, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing it had been awarded the contract to staff professional positions for The County of Howard, Maryland under its TS Staffing Services, Inc. division. The Company believes that this will lead to other similar contracts in the government sector that will strengthen its Professional Services business and generate higher profit margins. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
