On June 15, 2017, OPKO Health, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). Below is a summary of the proposal and corresponding vote.

Based on this result and in accordance with the previous recommendation of the Company’s Board of Directors, the Company will hold anon-binding, advisory vote on Say On Pay every year.
There were no brokernon-votes for the proposals. No other matters were considered or voted upon at the meeting.
