Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 25, 2006, CheckFree Corporation (“CheckFree”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter ended March 31, 2006, and its expectations for the fourth quarter ending June 30, 2006 and fiscal 2006 (the “Press Release”). Pursuant to General Instruction F of Current Report on Form 8-K, a copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Form 8-K”) and is incorporated herein by reference.
