On November 11, 2010, Pharmacyclics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), commenced mailing of its 2010 Annual Report and Proxy Statement (the “Annual Report”) to its stockholders. The Annual Report was accompanied by an annual letter to shareholders from Robert W. Duggan, the Company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.l and furnished herewith.
