On December 5, 2010, Pharmacyclics, Inc. (the “Company”) announced early results from a Phase I study of its novel orally administered Bruton’s tyrosine kinase (Btk) inhibitor, which results were presented at the 2010 Annual Meeting of the American Society of Hematology (“ASH”) on December 5, 2010.
