On June 19, 2013, a presentation entitled “Single Agent Ibrutinib (PCI-32765) is Highly Effective in Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) Patients with 17p Deletion” related to Pharmacyclics, Inc.’s product drug candidate Ibrutinib was made at the 12th International Conference on Malignant Lymphoma. A copy of the presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
