On June 21, 2013, a presentation entitled “The Histone Deacetylase Inhibitor (HDACi) Abexinostat (PCI-24781): Significant Activity in Relapsed/Refractory Follicular Lymphoma (FL)” related to Pharmacyclics, Inc.’s product drug candidate Ibrutinib was made at the 12th International Conference on Malignant Lymphoma. A copy of the presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
