Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
Terex Corporation (“Terex” or the “Company”) is hosting an investor day meeting on December 13, 2022, at the New York Stock Exchange, starting at 10:00 AM ET, at which it will provide an update on the business and reconfirm the Company’s full-year 2022 guidance that was provided in conjunction with third quarter 2022 results. The webcast and presentation materials can be accessed through Terex’s Investor Relations website at https://investors.terex.com. A replay of the event will also be made available on the website following the conclusion of the broadcast.
The Company issued a press release on December 13, 2022 regarding its investor day meeting. A copy of this press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference into this Form 8-K.
