On March 9, 2007, our Board of Directors authorized a share repurchase program for up to $25 million of our outstanding common shares. The repurchase program has a term of 12 months. The shares may be purchased from time to time in the open market or through negotiated transactions.
The $25 million share repurchase program represents approximately 4% of our outstanding common shares based on the $19.70 closing price of March 12, 2007.
