On November 28, 2006, we applied to list our common shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “BLG”. The listing application is subject to approval by the NYSE. We expect our common shares will begin to trade on the NYSE on December 8, 2006.
Also on November 27, 2006, we informed the NASDAQ of our intention to transfer the listing of our common shares to the NYSE and cease trading on the NASDAQ effective as of market close on December 7, 2006.
