Time Warner Telecom Inc. intends to use the presentation set forth in Exhibit 99.1 at the Kaufman Bros. Annual Investors Conference in New York, NY on September 7 & 8, 2005. As stated on Slide 24, the Company has revised its estimate for capital expenditures for 2005 from its previous estimate of $175 million to a range of $160 to $170 million.”
