Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 17, 2008, the Company issued a press release announcing financial results for the fourth quarter and for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2007. In addition, the Company provided preliminary earnings guidance for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2008. The full text of the press release is set forth in Exhibit 99.1 attached hereto.
