On July 21, 2008, China 3C Group (the “Registrant”) commenced delivery of a PowerPoint presentation to selected potential investors and current shareholders describing the Registrant’s business and acquisitions through July 18, 2008 and some of its initiatives for 2008. A copy of the presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
