On November 14, 2008, Openwave Systems Inc. issued a press release announcing the conclusion of the Special Litigation Committee’s independent review of past stock options practices and its move to terminate and dismiss the last remaining shareholder derivative action.A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
