Item 8.01 Other Events.
On March 26, 2015, WindStream Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company has been commissioned by India’s Ministry of Railways to install the Company’s SolarMills on the buildings of C-TARA (Centralized Training Academy For Railway Accounts) in a pilot program.
