Item 8.01 Other Events.
On April 1, 2015, WindStream Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that, during March 2015, the Company shipped SolarMill products capable of producing, in the aggregate, just under 1 megawatt (mw) of hybrid renewable energy power. The Company also announced that it built more generators in the last 15 days of March than it had in the previous five months of production, and the Company is increasing its capacity to fulfill its current order backlog.
