Changes in Registrant’s Certifying Accountant.
On September 22, 2017, Wins Finance Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) engaged Centurion ZD CPA Limited (“CZD”) as its independent registered public accounting firm. Marcum Bernstein & Pinchuk LLP (“Marcum”) was dismissed on the same date. The decision to engage CZD and to dismiss Marcum was approved by the Company's Audit Committee.
