Other Information
On August28, 2018, a subsidiary of Wins Finance Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) entered into an agreement to acquire a 30% equity interest in Hui Yue Finance Leasing (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. (“Hui Yue”). Hui Yue will be a joint venture between the Company, Chenxing International (Tianjin) Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. and Sino Investment Jinchuang Financial Holding Co., Ltd. The Company will pay RMB 300 million (or approximately US$44 million)for its 30% interest in Hui Yue. Hui Yue will focus on the financial leasing of equipment relating to port logistics, construction machinery, energy conservation andmedicinein Ningbo, China. The Company believes that participating in the joint venture has the opportunity to boost the Company’s growth in the leasing sector by leveraging the local financial, governmental and client resources of the Company. The acquisition is expected to close in early-to-mid September 2018.
