On October 20, 2017, Wins Finance Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Listings Qualifications Staff has withdrawn its August 4, 2017 delisting determination letter. A copy of the press release making the announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
