On November 16, 2011, the Board of Directors of Chemung Financial Corporation approved the extension of the current Stock Purchase Plan, dated November 18, 2009, to November 16, 2012. The plan authorizes the purchase of up to 90,000 total shares including those purchased since the inception of the Plan. Purchases may be made, at the discretion of management on the open market, or in privately negotiated transactions, over the next year. | |
