Effective January 1, 2008, the following salaries took effect for named executive officers in 2008: Thomas Bijou, CEO, $300,000; Dr. Zvi Yaniv, COO, $275,000; Douglas Baker, CFO, $225,000; and Dr. Richard Fink, VP, $125,000.
