Item 5.03 – Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
Effective, June 10, 2008, Nano-Proprietary, Inc. formally amended its articles of incorporation to change the name of the Company to Applied Nanotech Holdings, Inc. The amendment was approved by shareholders at a meeting held on May 20, 2008.
The Company will receive an as yet unassigned new trading symbol from the OTCBB which will be effective in approximately two weeks. Information related to the new symbol will be disseminated when received.
