Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 23, 2011, Openwave Systems Inc. issued a letter to its stockholders describing expenses attributed to specific products, as well as the revenues from specific products. A copy of the letter is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein in its entirety.
