ICA ANNOUNCES THE FILING OF FORM 20-F
FOR 2009
Mexico City, June 22, 2010 – Empresas ICA, S.A.B de C.V. (BMV and NYSE: ICA) announced that it filed its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2009 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) today. The 2009 Annual Report can be accessed by visiting either the SEC’s website at www.sec.gov or ICA’s website at www.ica.com.mx. In addition, shareholders may receive a hard copy of ICA’s complete financial statements free of charge by making a request to ICA's Investor Relations Office.
