CCU ANNOUNCES FILING OF ITS FORM 20-F 2010
(Santiago, Chile, July 14, 2011) –On June 9, 2011, Compañía Cervecerías Unidas S.A. ("CCU") filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2010.
